The LIFE program is not only a place to teach children, but also a learning center for the entire community. Part of its focus is music making through the Flag and Drum Corp perforamance marching group, featuring about 25 kids. And part of the fun is having real uniforms and real instruments that match the talent and fun of the young people who practice and perform throughout the area in parades and community festivals.
